How to Send Equipment into Sandhill Scientific for Repair

1. To arrange equipment repair services, contact Sandhill Scientific technical suppport at 800.468.4556 and ask for technical support.
2. Before contacting technical support, prepare the following product information:
- Product name
- Model number
- Serial number (if applicable)
- Lot number (if applicable)
- Summary of equipment malfunction
3. Rental and loaner equipment is available based upon warranty and availability policies.
4. If rental equipment or loaner equipment is required, paperwork will be faxed to authorize the arrangements and any applicable charges.
5. If a rental, a Purchase Order is required to cover the rent of the equipment.
6. Fax Sandhill a copy of the completed paperwork to 303-470-2975
7. You will be given an RMA number and address to return equipment.
