Interpretation Seminar Advancing Technologies in the Evaluation of Esophageal Manometry and Reflux Testing

Target Audience

Physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other eligible health care professionals charged with reading and interpreting esophageal motility (manometry and impedance / manometry) and reflux (acid (pH) and impedance/pH) testing.

Goal

This new one and half day seminar is design to expand the attendee's understanding of the normal and abnormal diagnostic test. Reading and interpretation strategies utilize lecture and review of actual tracings. High Resolution Impedance Manometry (including a discussion of Chicago Classifications), acid (pH) procedures are used to develop an understanding of the clinical manifestations of the abnormalities of the esophagus.
